LaGrange Road near Interstate 55
Between on Lagrange Road (I-55 and Joliet Road to the North even though the speed limit is 45mph and it seems like a mini expressway HPD are in the Middle divider of North and south LaGrange just watching with nothing to do just waiting on a screw up watch yourself
