The moment you start the downhill ?mi before the I-405 freeway you are clocked for the 1/4 mile stretch. Two officers. One outside w/ radar will stand at side of road no hat on and looks like a commuter until you are close enough. By then you are way too late if you exceeded 65 on posted 55. He will flag you down. If you dont stop you are in for possible jailtime depending on how close he placed himself on the side of the road as you passed. Unless you are in a capable vehicle to breakaway to the toll road 😉 you may as well pull over and face Irvine’s wrath. PS: If you do have a capable vehicle, I still do not recommend a high speed evasive escape, as you must exceed 170 on the short SR-133 Laguna Fwy for possible success. It’s not worth it.
