Lake Shore Blvd, eastbound at Ontario Place.
As you are busy looking at the sights of Ontario Place you don’t notice the speed is 50kph. Why should you, it’s is a six lane road with a pedestrian fence? Either your going to get nailed or the guy flying because he just got past all the tourists that are going 30kph will.
