The newly expanded 4-lane with turn lane between I-210 and Sale Rd. Police tend to hide on the eastern side of the road at any of a number of spots obscured by brush. Typically catching northbound traffic as they are active during rush hour and southbound traffic often gets backed up and there’s no way to do the speed limit. Speed limit is still set at the old 35mph speed from when it was a residential two-lane, but isn’t appropriate for a brand new 5-lane meant to be a major traffic through route for north/south traffic. This is one of the most heavily radar-monitored roads in the city as it’s easy pickings.
