This is actually a "city-wide" speed trap. Laker Way is one of the more predominantly used roads in and out of Washington Terrace but has a posted speed limit of 25. A limit usually reserved for residential side streets. The officers are usually semi-hidden way back in the Southeast corner of the high school parking lot. And sometimes in the Methodist church parking lot on the same road. 30 Mph is the posted speed limit throughout most of the main thoroughfares this little township.
