Landry Ave and Moody Street
They park on Moody Street which is on top of little hill that comes up to a redlight at Mt Hope They stand behind the telephone pole with radar gun in hand. They will step out and wave you onto Moody Street if you are speeding!!! I live on Moody Its annoying when there are people blocking the entrance and the cop is giving them a ticket and they dont dare move…….
