The cops sit on Larry Anderson Lane (the part that is only used by Larry Anderson himself) and catch people speeding on Harrell. Speed limit on Harrell is 40. On Larry Anderson Lane it’s 45, but very easy to speed as you are driving right beside the freeway and you can get into that "going with the flow of the traffic" mode. This cop is hard to see and it’s too late when you finally do see him.
