Laurel Canyon Blvd. between Ventura Blvd and Mullhulland
They clock both north and southbound traffic. The limit is 35, but can very safely be negotiated @ 45. There is a light @ Dona Pequita that will be red if you head northbound too fast, even if there is no one waiting.
