Lebo Blvd. Sheridan Road to Wheaton Way

As one takes Tracyton Beach Road NW along the Dyes Inlet towards Bremerton several speed traps exist. Once you pass Sheridan Road Tracyton Beach Road turns in Lebo Blvd. The speed limit turns 25 MPH in a residential neighborhood and this is enforced by the Bremerton Police Department. The street is wide. As one proceeds towards to Wheaton Way, there are several parking lots on the south side of Lebo where Bremerton Police Department lurks usually with their radar guns. There are also numerous side streets and alley ways that empty into Lebo Blvd. Speed limit is strictly enforced. The last stretch of Lebo Blvd. near the YMCA turns into 20 MPH during daytime hours. During one 40 minute period about 5 months ago while sitting at a cafe at the corner of Lebo Blvd and Wheaton Way, I noted that the Bremerton Police Department scored "6 kills" by issuing traffic citations to unsuspecting drivers.

Comments:
This should be a speed trap. It is a residential area which needs 25mph. I have seen, and have been passed during AM's by speeders doing at least 40.
