Lee Highway Road near North Quantico Street
Traveling west-south on Lee Highway toward 66 and away from Arlington. Police park motorcycles on side street and as drivers pass over crest of hill and down slope, police step out from behind light posts and "shoot" cars with Lidar. Catching drivers as cars naturally acclerate on downhill slopes are a favorite strategy of Arlington police.
