Leeville Toll Plaza on Hwy 1
There is a toll there with no warning signs, no signs at all and if you pass it up they get your license plate number and fine you $2.50 for the toll and a $25.00 fine for not stopping to pay the $2.50 toll. It’s a money making scheme. Beware.

I don't know where you get that there are no signs letting you know there is a toll. In Golden Meadow on the left hand side of 3235 is a big sign that says Geauxpass. This is where you get the toll. Also when you first get on 3235 there are numerous signs saying toll bridge ahead.
