I was able to get a copy of the latest speed survey on this section of roadway. It was done in 2012, and shows the speed limit and the speed of all vehicles relative to that. It shows that virtually none of the cars go the speed limit which was set by the Sierra Club. You may need a lawyer (Woods Cross gets lots of revenue from this speed trap)...
