Lelia Lake north of Memphis, TX on State Highway 287
Speed drops from 75 mph to 70 mph just as 287 goes from divided to undivided highway. Speed drops to 55 mph almost immediately. Before you can even slow down the speed limit returns to 70 mph, but by then a surly deputy is dripping attitude all over you. I guess that is the only way he can make him feel good about his contribution to society.
