Lemay Avenue near End of Collindale Driving Range, City maintenence Drive
Officer, usually unmarked, sits in the driveway to a City garage at the south end of the Collindale Golf Course driving range. This is on the east side of Lemay. Most common at the end of the month. I have also seen a tan photo van on the sidewalk just south of this location.
