Speed limit excessively slow at 20mph for very long stretch on what should be easily 35mph zone. Police wait all day and sometimes don’t even bother to paint suspect with gun before turning sirens on.

It is a school zone on a steep hill. This is a small town and at 20 mph you can cross it completely in any direction in 8 minutes or less. Anyone breaking any speed limit anywhere in this town deserves a ticket.
