Lincoln Road
The entire length of Lincoln Road, but most notably they like to sit in the parking lot at the top of the small hill just past the Bell South building. The speed limit is 30 MPH and nobody does that. I got popped topping that small hill by MPD. He was backed up against the building under cover of a low hanging tree branch. Sneeaky.
