111 pct. usually set up uphill out of sight on right side street three blocks after Little Neck Parkway. 30 mph zone without heavy traffic, cops usually pull over multiple cars at a time by standing in the middle of the service road and directing drivers to pull over. Do anything over 30 at your own risk.
