Lombard Street coming off Beckwith Street
SFPD officer stands on the island with his radar gun at the ramp going from the bridge on Beckwith to Lombard. He parks his cruiser on the grass between Lombard and the Rideau Canal. The speed limit drops from 50 KPH on Beckwith to 20 KPH on the ramp. You can’t see the police officer until it’s too late.
