Long Island Expressway near Between Exits 35 and 36
Cop has an amazing spot. If you are on Long Island heading towards NYC (on the LIE), he’s around a bend tucked sideway on the right hand side, long before exit 36….nearly undetectable. Was in a brand new, marked but no light-bar, muscular Nassau County Highway Dodge Challenger/RT/whatever…he’s using lidar. Between the road’s curve and the lidar’s zooming telescope…ya don’t stand a chance. The only reason I saw him was that I was driving behind him on an entrance ramp from the west bound Northern State.
