Lookout Mountain Road near Vado Crossing
Going down Lookout Mountain the CHPs on motorcycles hang out in Vado. They gave me a warning. Going up Laurel Pass to Mulholland same activity. PS: I find the activity not a bad idea: lots of kids, dogs, people in the narrow streets.
