Loop 363 Access Road between 31st Street and 57th Street
This is a newly constructed four lane service road. The speed limit is 30 mph. It is easy to drive over 30 mph, in fact the speed limit should be 40 or 45 easily. Drivers are pulled over frequently. There are often two motorcycle cops waiting to write you a ticket.

The current speed limit on this roadway is 45 ........ so what is this person's complaint again?
