Lorain Road near Power Sub Station
Usually around the afternoon rush hour or at night, there is sometimes a cop hiding by the sub station on the olmsted/ridgeville border of lorain road. They are also in other places all along that section of lorain from Chestnut school to bagley road. Big speed trap of a road.
