Louisiana Ave – Bridge
One state trooper or city police sits on top of Louisiana bridge and clocks oncoming cars from west 394. 4-6 other troopers/police then awaits down bridge ramp…ready for the go. I’ve seen this done 3 times so far on that bridge.
