Lumberjack Road near North of Lincoln Road
Officer is "tucked" into the NW corner of the parking lot across the street N of the funeral home, usually after dark but has been seen other times, as well. If you’re headed north on Lumberjack Road, you don’t the officer until it’s too late because of the funeral home. If you’re headed south, you don’t see the officer because of the trees lined along the N side of the parking lot.

I haven't received a ticket in over 20 years, simply because I obey speed limits if they are posted. The officer was sitting on Lumberjack Rd in Riverdale, I saw him there but because no speed limit signs where posted I started slowing down, anticipating a slow down in town. The officer pulled me over and said he clocked me doing 40 in a 25. I explained to him there are no speed limit signs indicating 25, he told me there are atleast 3 posted.I went back and looked, and it looked like some signs had been removed, I went back to him and told him this, he told me they had been there yesterday. I believe this is a area where officers are just generating income, knowing the area is not adequately posted.
