Money-grubbing animal sits behind some mail boxes at top of hill, amoungst some shrubbery. Stands outside the car with his laser gun, thens walks into the roadway to flag you down after he clocks you going 53 in a 45. Totally invisible until he’s standing in the middle of the road.

Georgia law says that a local authority, Suwanee in this case, cannot give you a speeding ticket confirmed by radar unless you were more than 10mph above the speed limit. State Troopers can issue tickets for any speed above the speed limit.
