Where the divided highway begins, the city police like to sit there in the morning hours, under the cover of dark, since their vehicles are dark as well.

Yes, watch out here. Don't forget the universal speedtrap warning and flash your lights to oncoming traffic when you pass a speed trap. Let flashing lights be the iniversal speedtrap warning.
