MSP troopers regularly conduct rolling patrol of the hilly areas south of Mio, especially through the area that got burned by the fire in 1980. Usually they are in the typical royal blue suburbans. K-band radar mostly used, have gotten a few Ka hits from the county police. Keep it at 63 or under if you see their vehicles! Patrols are usually stepped up during the holidays and on Sunday, so watch out!
