M-39 Expressway near Interstate 94
I-75 between I-94 and Rotunda Rd. North and Southbound. The Local Police patrol this area regularly and will catch drivers coming from I-94 to Northbound M-39. Also if your traveling Southbound on M-39 begin slowing down after Michigan Ave.these guys make a living catching drivers running late enroute to the airport.
