M Street Southeast
From at least 200 – 800 M Street SE. Appears to be new speed trap with possibly more than one fixed and mobile camera operating with possible intent of targeting recently transferred DON employees to the Washington Navy Yard, many of whom reside outside of the District of Columbia, in Virginia or Maryland.
