They sit in any side driveways about 20 to 30 foot off the road not visible at all and in the middle median.

Definitely a speed trap and rightfully so. Drivers think they are on a race track on this road and go well over the 35-40 mph speed limit. Most are going double that or more. I know because I work on Macarthur blvd.

The speed limit on Macarthur is 40MPH People are doing 55-60 going up the hill, and even faster going down the hill. Police normally hide in the empty driveways of businesses that are closed down or off for the day. Honestly, I don't blame them... And yes, I work on Macarthur Bv also
