Macomb Street near Near Mercy Memorial Hospital
The City of Monroe Police officers ar on side streets and in the parking lot of the hospital all along Macomb street, the speed limit does change a few times and it seems like they are looking for the older females and they will make a joke about the stop and give you a ticket for $150.00. It seems like they are around alot when it is lunch time.
