magrath and 5th ave
on magrath mostly the speed limit is 60 but for cashcow reason they changed to 50 so my question is who benefit from all this millions they steal from people this is not legal to suddenly change the speed limit just for money if you are not local you fall in the trap and make you to pay. shame on this people and politicians.

i just got two today from april 15 and 17th, for the same reason, i live on the west side, and since my first two, i have been on mayor magrath over a dozen times, going ~60, if this trap has been there the whole time, i'm looking at at least 7 more 89.00 tickets. plus 9.00 admin fee each, which comes to 686.00 + tax. as a person making a little over minimum wage, this is unfair and taking advantage of drivers who hadn't noticed the change.
This is good trap especially if you are not local and unaware of this sudden change in speed limit.
As I got off Crowsnest highway, within 600 metres ( close to the lights of 5Ave S) got pictured for speeding. Received a letter from the rental company to pay a ticket of $189. Do not even know now, whom to approach.
