I have lived in Springville for over 60 years. There is not, and never has been , a fire hall on the east end of town. So, where is this aledged speed trap??????
maybe it's the fire department on WEST Main St.? I have seen truck inspections set up there. Maybe they do speed checks there too. I don't know for sure, only a guess!
