anyone driving from lino lakes or hugo beware, unconstitutional policing is here in centerville, radar will be the first mode of stopping, all others are what they see or want to appear to see! high beams on….etc these cops will site you without having the radar on. say they must have radar vision!? BEWARE OF MAIN ST IN CENTERVILLE, speed limit enforced!

I was stopped by a "Centennial Lakes" cop claiming he stopped me not not coming to a complete stop at a stop sign. I HAD come to a complete stop and told him so. His response was "Well, most people don't , so I assumed you hadn't". No Lie! He also said I didn't have my seat belt fastened., which also was false. In the end it was a waste of 15 minutes of my time. These cops in Centerville and Lino Lakes have nothing to do but try to put feathers in their caps. We have way too many cops for the population of these cities. We have speed limits that change every 100 yards and the signs are placed where the average motorists don't notice them. Be very careful driving through this part of Anoka County.
