Speed drops to 20 MPH at city limits crossing from I-5 and near Dairy Queen when NB on 99. Speed limit is enthusiastically enforced by an unprofessional police force. It is downhill into town and easy to go faster. Locals all know about it and drive Really Slow in town. Watch your speed in MC at all times.
