Main Street near Lewis Park
The police vehicle can be seen any time of day in front of the ice cream shop next to Lewis Park. The speed changes less than half a mile before this point so it is very easy to be going over the limit without realizing it. They also just lowered the speed by 5 miles in this area within the past year.
