Main Street near Washington to Maple
Police will park on west side of street across from Mr. Z, as speed goes rapidly from 30 to lower speed. Police are especially out when high school students get their licenses, usually Spring and Fall, and normally 3PM – 5PM. Also drive up & down Main Street to from Washington to St. Charles & back.

This is an artificially low 25MPH zone. Traffic typically moves at 35+ during rush hours but few tickets are issued at that time since traffic stops on this busy road would likely cause accidents and congestion. At night it is altogether different: 25 MPH may be strictly enforced in spite of 5 lanes, good visibility, and no traffic. I live across the street and once observed one cop issuing 4 tickets in about 30 mins. They will hide in several locations on both sides of the street, and drivers cannot see them until its too late.
So you are complaining that a cop is teaching the teenagers live lessons as to not speed to safe lives?
