A rediculous speed trap which discrimanantly pulls over non locals. The officer waits by a bridge for Northbound traffic, when the speed limit magically drops to 40. To make this matter more infuriating by the time he pulls behind you with his lights on and you find a safe place to pull in you go right by a speed limit sign that says 50 again. What was the ticket written for? 50 in a 40! What’s even funnier is the speedlimit to cross the bridge going the other direction is 45? This is the definition of a speed trap! Multiple different changing speeds that has varied standards of enforcement.

I was positioned between 2 other cars flowing at the speed of all the other traffic, leaving plenty of room between the car in front of me and somehow he picked my car to pull over? I was a hazard to no one. I respect the police, I appreciate the job they do, but these officers were serving and protecting no one on this day: Just robbing, or taxing, or preying on the guests passing through their town depending on your point of view. They should be ashamed.
