Northbound on Manchaca before Stassney at the entrance to Garrison Park.
Pass the lights at Berkeley, then pass Parkside Lane on the right. Following Parkside, there is a gentel curve to the right, gently downhill, where there’s a fence/wall of trees that back up to Garrison park. Motorcycle police will sit there a-waitin. It seems to be pretty consistant for late morning (around 10:45). Enforcement seems to be leinient, they had the oppertunity to see me at 12over, and no stop. I’m not too sure where the school zone starts right there, but keep a heads up.
