Manhattan Avenue near 14th Street Viaduct
The speed trap is on the Union City side of the 14th street viaduct. 1) Motorcycle police dismounted with a handheld radar gun facing North to catch motorists heading down the viaduct. 2) Officer in car facing South to catch motorists heading up to Union City.
