Manhattan Beach Boulevard near Crenshaw Boulevard
Cal. Highway Patrol sit at corner across from El Camino College, west of Crenshaw. They will tag you if there is someone in the cross-walk, failure to stop for a pedistrian. You can hardly see anyone step off the curb since the street is so wide.
