Manning Ave West from Reedley to CA-99
CHP, plus Fowler, Parlier and Reedley Police Departments monitor Manning Ave as a special enforcement zone. Speeds vary significantly from 65 down to 45 or 35 in those towns and are strictly enforced, particularly during evening and morning commute hours (as early as 6 am).

Today I stoped to gas up at the gas station on the south side of manning west of the old 99 and saw a cop from fowler waiting for some one to break a traffic rule then I saw the cop stop someone so be careful driving in this area.
