Marina Bay Parkway south of Regatta Blvd.
Richmond police tend to hide in the bushes just past the Beaches development during the afternoon rush hour and just out of sight beyond the Archstone Apartments during the morning rush hour. No one ever drives at the posted speed limit of 25 mph, because Marina Bay Parkway is a four-lane divided thoroughfare. Enforcement presence seems to be higher near the end of the month (quotas?). Guess they feel that this is a better use of police resources than preventing robbery, murder, arson and dog mauling that prevails in the other parts of this city.
