Marshall Road near Pennsylvania Avenue
Police sit in the parking lot of Trio Cleaners on Marshall Rd. pointing North toward Pennsylvania Avenue. Anyone traveling south on Penn. Ave and is not paying attention will get pulled over at 6:45 am while trying to get to work. Speed limit is 25 mph. It is usually the same officer every time. The worst part is is that he is very rude when he speaks to you.
