Just lowered the speed limit to 35 from 40 for no apparent reason. 300 yards of 35 is a gold mine. It’s 40 or 45 all around. They hung a red flag on the new speed limit sign which obscures the 35- nice touch. They hide just over a rise in the road to catch Walmart traffic. there is nothing there to warrant 35. Walmart is about a mile away. No houses, businesses, pedestrians, Etc. Airport fences on both sides of the road.
