Maryland Boulevard near Tanks sitting in the grass on the left or right side of the road.
I was on my way to work when I stopped at a red light. There was an MP Patrol car comming from the opposite direction. When the light turned green, I started to drive then the Patrol car did a U-Turn and pulled me over. All I can think is that somebody else tagged me while I drove by the Golf Course. I was clocked doing 55 in a 40.
