Mason Avenue near Rinaldi Street
Mason is the only North/South Street in the North West San Fernando Valley that is 35MPH, the others are 40MPH. Mason goes downhill South of Rinaldi all the way to Chatsworth Street. Radar is used primarely during commute hours both North and South bound. Police will sometimes stop 2 and 3 vehicles at a time.
