Massachusettes Avenue near Imperial Ave./Lemon Grove Ave.
A stop sign before crossing the trolley tracks and making a right turn when the light is red is often ignored. Sheriffs are often on the opposite corner catching speeders traveling east on Imperial Ave. and also ticket those who fail to stop at the trolley tracks before making a right turn on a red light.
