Massachusetts/Canton where Imperial turns N2 Lemon Grove Ave
Sheriff is almost always on the boundary of Lemon Grove and San Diego catching unaware San Diego drivers. Imperial Ave (San Diego side @ 50 MPH) turns suddenly into Lemon Grove Avenue @ 45 MPH. They are stationed very often on Lemon Grove Ave @ the corner of Massachusetts (on the west side) and Canton (on east side). Some days they give out so many tickets they have a command center 1/2 blk down. Usually they have 2 officers writing tickets and 1 w/laser radar. A profit center for a poor city.
