Mast Blvd between Halberns Street and Cuyamaca Street on the east bound side of Mast Blvd primarily. The motorcycle officers (San Diego County Sherriff) park their motorcycles between two cars and walk forward a couple of cars away. They then use their radar to gather your speed and step into the middle of the road to stop you. There vehicles are hidden from view thus you never know they are in the area until they step out into the middle of the street to stop you.
